Every tier scales on monthly image transformations — the thing you actually pay Pixlog to optimize — instead of seats, dashboards or modules you'll never open. Run a free 20-minute audit on your live site and we'll show the exact tier that fits your traffic before you spend anything.

Four procurement-team questions, answered with line items.
Translate the tier price into dollars that hit the P&L.
Take a typical Growth customer moving 25 M image transformations per month, serving a mid-six-figure mobile traffic base. The numbers below are median outcomes from the last four quarters of deployments across the 2,800+ brands on the platform.
Numbers a price-sensitive buyer checks before signing.

If your team's first read is the contract, the security questionnaire, or the overage line item — start here. Each answer cites the clause or section of the master agreement it maps to.
01 How does the billing model actually work — and what happens when we spike above the tier? −
All three tiers are billed monthly in arrears on the count of optimized image transformations actually served — never on a flat platform fee. If you cross the included cap, overage is metered per 1,000 transformations at the rate published on your signed order form (Starter $0.014, Growth $0.009, Enterprise negotiated). Overage is capped at 3× the included volume before we email you to either upgrade or throttle; you'll never see a surprise five-figure invoice from a traffic spike.
02 What's the contract structure — month-to-month, annual, or multi-year? +
Starter and Growth are month-to-month with a 30-day notice for cancellation; annual prepayment unlocks an 18% discount and is the default for procurement teams. Enterprise contracts run 12, 24, or 36 months with co-terminus renewals and built-in 60-day renewal opt-out windows. MSAs, DPAs, and BAA addenda are all under standard NDA turnaround — typically five business days from redline to signature.
03 Which security certifications and audit reports can our security team review? +
Pixlog is SOC 2 Type II certified since November 2023, with the latest report covering security, availability, and confidentiality trust criteria. We share the full report, our latest penetration-test summary by an independent third party, and a completed CAIQ under NDA. GDPR and CCPA are covered by a standard DPA; HIPAA is available on Enterprise contracts via BAA.
04 What does migration look like — and what happens if we want to leave? +
Most Growth and Enterprise customers ship the live integration in under 8 minutes via the existing CMS plugin or the Next.js middleware, then spend two to four weeks validating cohorts. The white-glove migration add-on assigns a dedicated engineering crew for larger platforms. Exit is reversible on request: we hand back your full original image library in original format, remove the DNS / middleware injection, and run a 14-day tail-traffic overlap window — no data lock-in, no scrubbing of your assets.
